Terms & Conditions
By accessing and using the OpenNDC website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. In this document, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to OpenNDC, while "you" and "your" refer to the user.
Credit Card Transactions
You authorize the use of your own or a third party's credit card details to secure bookings for flights, accommodations, and car rentals. You acknowledge responsibility for verifying and obtaining proper authorization before accepting payments via client or third-party credit cards. Credit card authorization forms must be signed and validated. Any issues such as chargebacks or payment rejections will be your sole responsibility. By using this platform for payments—whether online or via call center—you accept all associated terms, whether explicitly stated or implied.
Pricing Policy
All prices displayed are in the currency corresponding to the country selected by you. Prices may change without prior notice, as they are influenced by updates from airlines and other service providers. Once full payment has been made, no additional fare increases will apply—except for taxes, fuel surcharges, or other unavoidable external adjustments. These may be collected prior to the issuance of travel documents.
Group Reservations
To request group bookings (10 or more travelers on the same flight/date), contact us at ccg@openndc.com or by phone. Group reservations are not available through the website. Airline-specific rules and fees apply. Booking groups individually may result in debit memos, which are the agency's responsibility and must be settled with OpenNDC upon invoicing.
Changes & Cancellations
Airfare rules, including cancellation and modification policies, are provided at booking. Some fares may be non-refundable after ticket issuance. Other services (hotels, rentals) follow the respective provider's policies. Refund eligibility is subject to those terms. OpenNDC may charge service fees for any administrative work related to refunds or changes. Voluntary modifications may incur additional costs.
Travel Documentation
It is your responsibility to review booking confirmations and ensure the accuracy of traveler documents. Valid passports and necessary visas must be secured by the traveler. Admission into any destination country is at the discretion of immigration authorities. No refunds will be issued in case of denial. Children traveling with one parent or alone may require additional documents. Infant fares and travel conditions depend on the carrier and destination.
Baggage Allowance
Baggage policies vary by airline. Where applicable, OpenNDC provides baggage allowance information during ticketing. Travelers are responsible for confirming and complying with all baggage requirements, and for paying any applicable fees directly to the carrier.
Check-In Requirements
Travelers are expected to check in at least three hours before flight departure. It is the agent's duty to inform travelers of any reconfirmation obligations. Many airlines offer online check-in and alert services 24 hours before departure.
Destination Conditions
Please be aware that accommodations, services, and general living standards may differ significantly from what is customary in Canada.
Seat Assignments
Seat selection requests are processed based on availability but cannot be guaranteed. Some airlines allow seat selection at booking for free or a fee; others assign seats during check-in.
Prohibited Booking Practices
Abusive practices such as speculative or fake bookings, repeated cancellations to extend ticketing deadlines, or cross-border fare manipulation are strictly prohibited. Resulting debit memos and associated fees are the full responsibility of the agency and must be paid to OpenNDC.
Hotel Star Ratings
Star classifications are provided by external sources and are not standardized across regions. A four-star rating in one country may differ in quality from another.
Hotel Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon, regardless of flight timings.
Travel Insurance
We strongly advise purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, delays, health incidents, and interruptions. Travelers are liable for all medical and emergency costs incurred during the trip.
Limited Liability & Responsibility
OpenNDC acts solely as an intermediary for products and services provided by independent third parties. We are not liable for injury, property loss, delays, or any other mishaps arising from their actions, equipment failure, or force majeure events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or travel disruptions. Any cancellations, itinerary changes, or issues outside our control will not warrant compensation beyond what is recoverable from suppliers. OpenNDC also reserves the right to make changes to itineraries or deny service if deemed necessary.
Force Majeure
OpenNDC will not be held responsible for interruptions caused by wars, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, weather events, or other acts beyond our control. Travel during hurricane season (June 1 to November 30) should be planned accordingly. Travelers assume all related risks and costs.
Agent Incentives
OpenNDC is not responsible for any tax obligations on rewards, incentives, or vouchers received by travel agents.
Privacy Commitment
We treat all personal information as confidential and uphold privacy standards as outlined in the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Intellectual Property
All OpenNDC names, logos, and designs are legally protected and may not be reproduced without express permission from the rights holders.
Reservation Misuse (Churning)
Repeated abusive practices in booking systems—including test bookings, placeholder names, or manipulation of fare rules—are prohibited. All penalties and costs resulting from such practices will be billed to the travel agency and are payable to OpenNDC.

All content, prices, and itineraries displayed on this website or in promotional materials are subject to change at any time, at OpenNDC's discretion.
